Terms of use and privacy notice.
Plain English, on purpose. By using usecoinsite.xyz you agree to everything on this page. If you don't agree, don't use it. The operator is not a lawyer and these terms have not been reviewed by one.
1. What Coinsite is
Coinsite is a website run by an individual developer (the "operator", "we") that generates one-page websites for cryptocurrency tokens on the Solana network from those tokens' public data, and lets a token's creator claim and edit the page for their token. A token, $COINSITE, is attached to the site.
Coinsite is a tool and an information site. It is not an exchange, a wallet, a launchpad operator holding funds, an investment product or an advisory service. Nothing on it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A page existing on Coinsite is not an endorsement of a token and says nothing about its quality, team or safety.
2. Who may use it
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
- You must be legally allowed to hold and trade cryptocurrency under the laws of the place you live. That is your responsibility, not ours.
- You may not use the site from, or be a resident of, any country or territory under comprehensive sanctions by the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union, or be a person on any such sanctions list.
- You may not use the site to deceive anyone, to impersonate a token's team, or to run bots against it.
3. Pages and their data
- Pages are generated from public blockchain data and public third-party APIs (DexScreener, IPFS gateways). We do not verify any of it. It can be wrong, stale or incomplete, and third parties can change or withdraw it at any time.
- Anyone can build a page for any token by pasting its address. A page is not run by the token's team unless it says "Claimed by the creator".
- Token names, images and descriptions belong to whoever published them; we display them as public metadata. If you own rights in a token's content and want its page removed, contact us (below) and we will remove it.
- We may remove or edit any page at any time, for any reason, including pages that are unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
4. Claiming and editing
- Claiming uses a signed message from the wallet recorded as the token's creator on chain. It is a free signature, not a transaction; we never ask for a seed phrase or private key and never hold your funds.
- By claiming you confirm you control that wallet and that what you add (tagline, links, short name) is yours to publish and does not deceive. You are responsible for it. We may remove it.
- A claim gives you no ownership of Coinsite, no right to keep the page, and no rights in $COINSITE.
- The assistant is a writing and design aid. Its suggestions are previews; what you save is your content and your responsibility, exactly as if you had typed it. It is told never to promise price, returns or partnerships, and the server strips such wording, but you must check what you publish.
5. The coin and the risks
- $COINSITE is a memecoin launched on pump.fun. It has no mechanism and no promise: holding it earns nothing, unlocks nothing and entitles you to nothing. Its price can go to zero at any time.
- We do not sell it to you and do not take your money. Trades are transactions you make with your own wallet on public venues with their own terms.
- Every token shown on Coinsite can go to zero. We make no statement about any of them.
- The operator may hold, buy and sell $COINSITE and any other token at any time.
6. Launching through Coinsite
You create a token on pump.fun by signing two transactions in your own wallet. You are the token's creator and responsible for it. The second transaction sets pump.fun's fee-sharing so that 100% of the token's creator fees go to the operator's treasury wallet, permanently, and pays a launch fee (0.02 SOL unless the launch page says otherwise). You will not receive the creator fees. The treasury credits them to your token's site budget (90%; 10% pays hosting) and spends that budget on your token's website: AI-written builds and rebuilds, and a domain. The budget is not your money, earns nothing, is never paid out to you or to holders, and may be left unspent. The operator never holds any key for your wallet. Launching is subject to pump.fun's own terms. We make no promise that a launched token will trade, graduate or hold any value, or that its budget will buy anything.
6a. The treasury
- The treasury's wallets are created and held by the operator's server. They receive creator fees and launch fees, and spend them only on builds, domains, the gas and swap fees those need, and hosting. The vendors today: NanoGPT for the AI (paid per call in USDC on Base), Porkbun for domains (USDC on Base), Relay to swap SOL into USDC, and the hosting provider shown on the treasury page.
- The operator may move treasury funds to a wallet it controls in an emergency (for example a suspected compromise) or to pay those same vendors; every such move is shown on the public ledger.
- If the treasury is lost or stolen despite those safeguards, the operator is not liable for the loss; budgets are a service commitment, not a deposit.
- The AI's pages are generated automatically. The operator may remove or roll back any page. The creator remains responsible for what they ask the builder to publish.
6b. Domains bought from a token's budget
- When a launched token's budget allows, the operator registers a domain for its page and charges the registrar's price to that budget.
- The domain is registered for one year in the operator's registrar account and pointed at your page. You get the use of it; the operator holds the registration. Want it in your own name? Contact us and we will transfer it to you at the registrar, at no extra charge, once it is 60 days old (a registry rule).
- Renewal is paid from the budget if it can afford it; otherwise the domain lapses.
- Names that impersonate wallets, exchanges, venues or other people's brands are refused, and a domain used to deceive is disconnected without refund.
7. No warranties, limits of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, accuracy of any data, or freedom from bugs. Site state lives on one server with periodic saves; a crash can lose recent pages or edits, and we will try, but do not promise, to restore them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable to you for any loss: lost tokens, lost SOL, lost profits, price movements, wallet compromise, third-party failures, inaccurate data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Visitors pay us nothing, and where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to US $10. You agree to hold the operator harmless from claims arising from your own breach of these terms, your own content, or the law where you live.
8. Changes and ending
We may change the site, its features or these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here. We may pause or shut the site down at any time and have no obligation to keep any page, the site or the token running. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
9. Privacy
- What we store: the list of pages built (token addresses and when), page view counts, and for claimed pages the creator's public wallet address and the text and links they saved. The IP address of requests is kept briefly for rate limiting only.
- What we don't collect: no account, email, password or payment details from visitors. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies.
- In your browser: nothing is stored for visitors.
- Third parties your browser talks to: Google Fonts (page type), DexScreener (live numbers, called from your browser), and pump.fun, Jupiter, Solscan, X and Telegram through links you choose to click. Our server talks to the Solana network through an RPC provider, to IPFS gateways and to DexScreener. Each has its own privacy terms.
- Your rights: contact us for anything we hold that relates to you. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by anyone.
10. Contact and governing law
Contact: the X account linked from the front page. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator lives, and any dispute will be brought only in its courts, after a good-faith attempt to resolve it by contacting us first. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
